Shipping Policy :

Reich Pakpanang intertrade Co., Ltd. will courier the order in the next working day after receiving the full payment. Normally the delivery will take around 1-3 working days after the pick up from the service provider. The company will deliver by using the service from logistic providers such as Express, Flash Express, Kerry, etc. The delivery fee will be charged and the amount is depending on the weight and distances (you may check with our staffs for details and exact delivery fee)

Order Cancellation Policy :

In the case you wish to cancel your order before we ship it. Please contact our customer service via phone. or email which will not incur any fees.But if the product has already been exported, You will not be able to cancel your order.
